Our headquarter is located in the beautiful Achterhoek region of Winterswijk, but our activities reach far beyond The Netherlands. In recent years, we have further expanded our identity in both Germany and the United Kingdom. For example, we are involved in the construction of train and metro stations in London. Even across borders, we work with our own experienced installers, while our project managers travel back and forth to ensure Sorba quality, as The Perfect Finish, is upheld internationally. We continue to build excellence, wherever we are in the world, as Surface Creators with a passion for The Perfect Finish

Establishment of Sorba Projectbouw BV
Establishment of Sorba Projectbouw BV under the wings of Sorba Industries.
Sales, project management and organisation of assembly for the projects of production company Sorba precision sheet metal (later Sorba Sheet Metal)
1985
Establishment of Sorba UK Ltd
2001
Moving to Rondweg-Zuid
With the convector enclosure market declining and success in the cladding and infra-structural projects market, Sorba projects was bursting at the seams. In early 2001, the company moved to Rondweg-Zuid. However, the mock-up space was still across the road at Sorba Sheet Metal.
2005
Establishment of Sorba GmbH
Expanding to Germany and the first German project
2010
Collaboration with Alpolic
A collaboration with Alpolic (part of Mitsubishi) provided for a different kind of projects. The projects became increasingly larger and more complex, which also required more assembly. A new move was inevitable. This time, however, a new building! In March 2010, the new building with offices and an attached production and assembly hall was opened.
In the years that followed, the company expanded further with 2 new storage and assembly halls as well as a mock-up space.
